Huawei Honor 6X launched in China in October 2016, but now the company has announced at Consumer Electronic Show CES that it will be coming to the United States and other markets soon.

The smartphone features a 5.5 inch Full HD display, which offers bright and clear picture and has a metal black unibody design. The phone runs an old version operating system, Android Marshmallow, the company plans to update to the latest generation Android Nougat during the first quarter of 2017. The device is powered by the company’s own Huawei Kirin 655 octa core processor.
There will be two versions of the Honor 6X smartphone: one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and the other with 4GB of RAM plus 64 GB of internal storage. There is a hybrid SIM tray on the left, which means you have to choose between storage expansion and a second SIM card.
Regarding the camera, there is a dual sensor shooter on the back of the Honor 6X, a 12 megapixel sensor, while the other is only 2 megapixel. Honor executive said that while yes, the more expensive Honor 8 takes better quality photos, the new 6X is better for filters because it can simulate aperture in its wide aperture mode, which is designed to make a subject stand out. On the front, there is an 8 megapixel camera for selfies shooter.
Under the hood, the phone packs a 3,340mAh battery capacity and also features a fingerprint sensor.
