Sony’s 2016 flagship smartphone, Xperia X series is expected to hit the streets later this month, and now Sony announced that the pre-ordering are open for some models in the new Sony Xperia X series. They also revealed details about the availability and pricing of the Xperia X, Xperia X Performance and Xperia XA smartphones in select countries.
The Xperia XA feature includes a 1280 x 720 resolution display with a 13 megapixel rear camera, 8 megapixel front face camera. Sony is renowned low-light sensors (ISO6400), so your selfies are sharp around the clock. It also features a MediaTek Helio P10 processor along with 2 gigabyte of RAM, up to 16 gigabyte of storage, , and a 2,300 mAh battery.
The Sony Xperia X Performance is featuring 5 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 3 gigabyte of RAM, and up to 32 gigabyte of storage (plus a microSD card slot), Android 6.0 software and a 23 megapixel rear camera, a 13 megapixel face camera. It also has a 2,700 mAh battery, an IP65/IP68 dust and water resistant case. Sony will offer single SIM and dual SIM models.
Sony Xperia X is a cheaper model with similar specs and design, but a Snapdragon 650 processor and is enabled with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 so you can get 5.5 hours usage with just 10 minutes of charging and up to 2,620 mAh battery. All handsets come in white, lime gold, rose gold and graphite black color options.
